Come Enjoy a Fun Evening of Ecstatic Dance, Meditation, Breathwork and Guided Somatic Movement.

I will be bringing in the New Year with a bang with our wonderful host, Namaste Life Center in Medina, OH! I have curated a series of events sure to cause happiness, excitement and transformation in your life. 

• Event #1 which will take place on Saturday January 4th from 6:30-8:30pm, brings in building blocks of somatic awareness as we tune into the inner feelings within. We will create a foundational Mind-Body connection which will bring us directly into the present moment. Moments of reflection will also allow us to deeply discover emotions and feelings we may not be aware of. Breathwork to calm the nervous system and guided affirmation will take you on a journey of serenity. And to move through that newly embodied connection- we will continue the evening with freeform ecstatic dance. This is where we move at the beat of our own drum with a curated playlist.
• Event #2 which will take place on Saturday January 11th from 6:30-8:30pm, is an evening of focused intention! Manifestation and goal setting is the name of the game, and that is what we will do. Guided through dance and movement to facilitate feel-good emotions, meditation and affirmation to create an inner reality of having what we want- NOW, and prompts to allow self compassion, love and vulnerability. We will celebrate the remainder of the evening with a manifestation playlist sure to fill us with ecstasy and bliss. 
• Event #3 which will take place on Saturday January 18th from 6:30-8:30pm, brings us back into our inner feelings. We will tune into unwanted responses and thoughts from within, learn to understand and release them through a guided hypnotic induction. A natural, comfortable and rewarding exercise that leads to beautiful transformation within. We will close this portion of the event with programming new positive beliefs and feelings of empowerment. During ecstatic dance, we will shake and stomp away the old and close the evening with freeform movement. 

*Each event is created as a building block into the next. Yet; if you are unable to attend each Saturday, you will still greatly benefit from whichever event you choose! And, of course, have a really fun time! Our community is a judgement free zone where expressing your authentic self and inner child is encouraged and welcomed.

*What to bring: a yoga mat if you have one, otherwise we will provide one for you. A water bottle, a blanket, a notebook.
