Have you ever wondered about the history of your souls past? There are artistic prodigies and intellectual geniuses from birth. Many who naturally have a holy and nurturing presence. Those who exude other worldy traits and interests. Many who are gifted with information and knowledge that seems to come out of nowhere. Those who feel lost and "homesick". Some who experience fears and phobia that are not correlated to anything they have experienced in this life. And others, who live pretty ordinary lives. Lessons, rewards, challenges, relationships, status, roles… It is all unique to our souls desires, purpose and many life experiences.

In this session we traverse throughout the history of your soul. Uncovering talents, knowledge, blockages, fears, patterns, experiences and so on. We incorporate healing of the past as well as dive into present day wounds by utilizing Trauma Based Hypnotherapy. 

Anything from neglect, to physical, emotional and mental harm can leave a lasting impact on our beliefs and emotions. All levels of severity make their way to our subconsious roadmap. A useful mechanism when in the face of danger, yet in todays world- a freedom, happiness, and confidence blockage. We know the past is not bound to repeat itself, yet our nervous system says otherwise. 

During this session, we reconnect with the past in an informed manner in order to override the conditioning and programming of our subconsious. We process it from a birds eye view of logic, practice forgiveness in order to release the bondage, and use visualization and emotion to purposefully let go of the attachment to the memory. Our new guidance and positive programming becomes the format of the control center within. We instill becoming greater than our environment without the act of supressing in an unhealthy manner. 

Our goal here is to release anxious and avoidant patterns (which feels like a lack of safety), in order to become securely regulated.

The foundation of manifestation relies on inner security. Most of us in the world are opperating somewhere in between either anxiousness or avoidance. This attachment style is consistently fueled by our parasympathetic nervous system- which is fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. When this is constantly active because of suppressed trauma, it many times becomes impossible for us to manifest what we really want. Our surface level mind may believe we are affirming and visualizing properly, but our body and subsconsious may be saying something completely different. 

In these sessions we focus on the mind, body and spirit hollistically. We focus on the goal while dissecting bloackages within each facet of us. Various guidlines as well as techniques within hypnosis are used to remove these blockages and instill complete confidence and knowing.
